Here are some of the questions I think people might have about mentoring so I'm going to do my best to answer them over the next few days in specific posts. As I think of more - or anyone else suggests more - I'll add them as well.

This blog is for those who have a desire to mentor but are unsure where or how to start and for those who currently mentor and are looking for ideas and encoruagement.
WHY MENTOR???
Mentoring is one of the most Biblically-based methods of helping other believers. Mentoring relationships are found in both the Old and New Testament between both men and women. My experience in mentoring has been just amazing. For every minute I invest in someone else's spiritual growth, I find that my own spiritual understanding grows exponentially. This blog will, hopefully, help answer some of the questions people have about mentoring and give some insights and instructions (purely based on my experiences!) that will help begin effective mentoring relationships.
